Key accountabilities for this job role and requirements a job applicant must be able to satisfy include:

Project and System Enhancement Request Involvement:

• Provide application solution and design for projects/ Enhancement Requests within the BSS domain to agreed timelines and budget

• Work and perform design reviews with vendors to provide application solution and design for projects/Enhancement Request? within the BSS domain to agreed timelines and budget.

• Work with all levels of Business units in understanding business problems and initiatives

• Perform consultancy and advise of solution options for Business problems

• Perform lead technical role in the development lifecycle of projects from the initial scoping, devising and documenting high level technical solutions and reviews all deliverables of testing.;

• Work closely with different technical groups and SME’s to fulfil e2e solution objective

• Work with vendors (local and offshore), negotiating solution costs and ensuring quality control over their deliverables with proper acceptance review / testing in place upon Vendor DeliveredReview and accept test plans and results from the vendors

• Confident presentation skills to Business and non-IT resources

• Ensure solutions conform to the strategic domain roadmap and adhere to the standards set by th? domain architects

• Work independently but with guidance from / in alignment with Project Architect

• Act as an application SME within an e2e Project and with Business help (if needed) to define the Acceptance Review / Testing scenarios to govern the Vendor Quality

• Work with th? domain architect in Annual Operating Planning briefing and estimation sessions

Domain Expertise:

• Understand architectural standards, guidelines, policies and best practice for technology, application and data within the domain

• Provide timely and detailed Domain knowledge for use by Architects and Solution Designers in support of development of the overall IT Strategy and other architectural artefacts.

• Provide timely and detailed Domain knowledge for use by Service Managers and vendors in the support of operational and maintenance tasks.

• Provide support as and when required for timely resolution of critical and high impact incidences and during high profile events like roadshows and product launches.

• To take up project management assignments, as and when requiredAcquire knowledge in present and emerging technologies and standards for access, fixed and mobile networks.

Development and maintenance of intellectual property within the Group IT (SG / AU) Document Management System and knowledge management for the domain within the Wiki.
