•At least 8 year optimization experience with at least 5 year Huawei equipment experience
•Strong competence in UMTS/GSM parameters and algorithm
•Understanding of Cell Site Hardware and Network Architecture
•Proficiency on system optimization and network performance
•Provide technical leadership on client engagements
•Good at communication and fluency English
•If know LTE network optimization will be better
