Network Performance Officer

Responsibility:
1. Responsible for good relationship and smooth communication with the high level of the customer in technical field. He is the chief technical expert who can be trusted by the customer CXO in technical field.
2. Point out the bottlenecks of the network and clarify the risks in the network to customer in advance or in time, convince the high level customer what happened and will happen exactly in their network, and recommend the solution, impels the customer to take the action, so that the risks can be avoided and problems can be resolved in time.
3. Responsible for the E2E performance of the network, the customer experience of the network, not only the KPI of the network.
4. Participate in major solution design and delivery plan as the supervisor of project delivery team in technical part, responsible for the stability of the network.
5. Evaluate the trend of network performance and co-ordinating recommendations and solutions to customer to improve network quality as the performance development plan.
6. Provide guide and support Huawei delivery team to make sure the team to deliver the project in the right way with required quality.,
7. Ensure network quality is maintained at good level and customer is satisfied with network performance.
Requirements：
 At least 10 years work experience, including RF planning and optimization experience in GSM/UMTS network, having good knowledge in CN,TX,IN;
 Great insight ability into the network performance;
 Deeply understanding in network planning and optimization;
 Good experience in RF project delivery management;
 Good experience in technical management and risk control;
 Good communication skills;
 Language: English(must), French(prior)

I am currently looking for an experienced Huawei CBS Engineer to work on a 6 month extendable contract for a market leading Telco vendor in Kenya.

• CBS Bill Run executions.
• CBS Billing daily health checks to ensure smooth and efficient billing to meet the SLA for every bill run.
• Regular health checks and analyze traffic, CAPS, logs etc and performance of multiple CBS Nodes like CBP, OCG, BMP, EVC, UVC, DCC, AR/DC etc to ensure smooth running of the system.
• CBS Mediation Flows implementations/executions and health checks plus system monitoring to ensure the traffic/CDRs delivery to different down streams for the smooth running of the CBS system.
• CBS version upgrade testing on TestBed and Live environment to test the new version features via different test cases.
• CBS CBP Postpaid/Prepaid migration.
• PRM (Partner Relationship Management) TAPIN/TAPOUT files management on PRM and Mediation nodes to verfiy and ensure its timely processing plus charging, SDR(exchange)rate plus daily health checks logs/flows verifications and RAPIN processing.
• BPO operations, like products/offers, IVR/SMS SCs configurations to meet the daily customer requirements plus changing RGs(Rating Groups) quota
