Premcell is urgently looking for RF planning engineers (3G/4G) for technology training. The candidates will be delivering training globally based from Phase 2 DLF City, Gurgaon (India).
Candidates should have expertise in 3G and 4G with parameters like Air interface, planning aspects, power controlling HSDPA, KPI and counters etc. Desirable candidates should have expertise in Nokia and Huawei specific equipment. The candidates should be able commute within DLF Phase-2, Gurgaon.
This is a good opportunity for committed candidates with deep technical knowledge and ability to speak English language with eloquence. Good salary based on experience and suitability compared to prevailing market conditions.

For Technology trainer development purposes , Premcell will provide access to attend trainings from Senior technologists and clientele , access to world class clientele’ s on line information and library and for practical trainings test bed access are facilitated.

• 20 to 25% of the total time will be spent on competency building/update.
• One2one training for competency development and ongoing training for technology upgrade.
• Telecom equipment test bed on site and remote practice.
• Flexible working.
• Mentor support by SME’s located in other Premcell global offices.
Qualification requirements:
• Must have a telecom engineering degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ work experience in 3G/4G RF planning and Optimization
• Ability to train others.
• Good presentation skills.
• Very good command in spoken and written English.
