Responsible for analyzing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. Responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.
- Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
- Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions
- Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations
- Support deployment of solution
- Provide feedback to R&D
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable customer competence build

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- NFVi and Network Specific skills
- Understanding of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and various NFVi solutions
- Knowledge specific to NFVi solutions for Telco providers is added advantage
- Understanding of Telco Enterprise Architecture
- Understanding of Data center Network topologies, features and related components like TCP/IP, VLAN, Spanning Tree, Multicast, BGP, QoS, OSPF , MPLS etc
- Hands-on experience for deploying network solutions like switches, routers, LAN, WAN, firewall, VPN and load balancer etc
- Cloud Computing
- Understanding of Cloud computing reference architectures
- Experience in sub-domains like IaaS and PaaS
- Experience in modern infrastructure solutions like converged infrastructure stacks etc
- Deep understanding and knowledge of OpenStack with hands-on experience
- Knowledge of latest cloud related solutions and disciplines like DevOps, Docker etc
- Understanding of Software Defined Environment (SDE) concepts
- Understanding of Public Cloud Solutions and Hybrid clouds
- Data Center Expertize:
- Virtualization Skills: Experience on popular Hypervisors like VMware, KVM and Hyper-V
- Infrastructure Competence: Understanding of Server, Storage and SAN/NAS
- Relevant Certifications
- Networking related certifications from popular Network Vendors like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+ etc
- Security related certifications like GSEC, CISSP etc
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Security and Compliance
- Understanding of various Security compliance standards in IT and Telco domains
- Knowledge of security tools and mechanisms for identification, authentication, authorization, encryption and validation security
- Experience of penetration testing, log analysis and vulnerability assessments is added advantage
- Hands-on experience of architecting and deploying any popular security solutions
