Job description
The Service Delivery Manager will manage and monitor the teams that resolve problems for customer. He will be required to, manage workloads and prioritize work across the teams as well as develop the service delivery teams.
In Depth understanding of IT infrastructure operations at a large scale enterprise level organization.
Requirements:
* 15+ years of relevant experience
* At least 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions as a Service Delivery Manager.
* Understanding of Service desk, Office Automation, End user Services & network tower functions in infrastructure services domain.
* A good practical understanding of ITIL framework.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
* B.E / Technical Diploma or equivalent technical training.
* Industry recognized certifications strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain confidence of colleagues, partner and customer.
•Ensuring that IT processes comply with standards at international level
•Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
•Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
•Devise and monitor metrics that demonstrate meeting SLA and end user satisfaction.
•Analyze the environment and formulate with cost optimization programs.
•Ensure quality and profitable services are performed to the agreed SLA.
•To specify systems, processes and methodologies, to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
•To ensure reports are provided to an agreed schedule (or on request), including management reports.
•Attend client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes.
•To facilitate workshops and training courses.
•Responsible for the delivery of services within the SLAs and KPIs.
•To ensure quality of services.
