Key responsibilities
- Drive tactical and strategic advice towards customers. Guide the customer direction by establishing high level dialog at CxO level. Build and maintain relevant stakeholder contact network
- Develop and execute business, network and operations telco cloud transformation propositions and engagements, addressing operator challenges such as legacy migration towards telco cloud to enable operators to create innovative services and reduce cost as well as time to market.
- Create customized solutions and migration proposals in the cloud engagement team and spur the ability to innovate close to customer. The solutions will focus on virtualizing network functions to cloud platforms and facilitate cloud services delivery to subscribers
- The data center expert will be responsible for providing the necessary value argumentation to the customer, including strategic choices and business case analysis, possible OPEX and CAPEX benefits and propose timelines for developing new services or migrating functions onto private/telco cloud.

- Analyze customer business environment, requirements, plans and challenges
- Develop and perform customer presentations regarding cloud related topics
- Develop and present value argumentation & business cases together with sales team
- Conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customers on cloud topics
- Self-learner and evangelist of new and emerging cloud related technology, business and operations trends
- Provide insight on how new trends will affect customer business, current and future technology & operations, especially in telecom domain
- Drive pro-active dialogue with the customer executives on cloud related business � focus on telco cloud
- Gather and analyze competitor information on data center related business
Contribute in virtual/functional team with Engagement Manager/KAM to grow within and beyond current business
- Generate and manage leads to increase the sales funnel
- Identify new telco cloud business opportunities and proactively drive them
- Align and synchronize with existing engagements and relevant parts of client
- Support competence buildup in and outside of the team and maintain a regional and global cloud competence network to facilitate knowledge and best practice sharin Manage all activities and coordinate between The company and our service provider accounts. Promote full range of The company Technologies solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.
Requirements
- Has strategy cloud consulting experience with external clients or had similar role within an telco operator organization, and has a proven track record in successful telco and IT cloud transformation engagements/projects
- Had lead role in consulting projects driving quality deliverables, with proven experience in effective interaction with senior IT managers and C-level executives
- At least 10 year experience in consulting, pre-sales or operations in an ICT environment with cloud services, telecom industry related would be a plus.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technology & eco-system such as: SDN, NFV, Hypervisors, Cloud management and orchestration systems
- Detailed understanding of the cloud industry and market, familiar with telecom infrastructure virtualization terms like scale-out, scale-up, scale-in, automation, cloud management and related business models e.g. IaaS, PaaS & SaaS
- Highly organized and can operate either as a team member or team leader in a cross-functional team environment, acting as a coach for peers, new hires and initiative participants from other areas in the organization.
- Communicates effectively with leadership and team members to define project scope of work and outputs and phased approaches to achieving client's business objectives.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, or a related field
- English: Fluent, Arabic is preferred

- Take charge of the formulation of comprehensive and accurate market plans for a product domain, which effectively guide solution selling activities.
