Job description
•In Depth understanding of IT infrastructure operations at a large scale enterprise level, Experience working in a global multi-cultural environment, Strong Experience and exposure in Active Directory, Exchange Servers, DNS, DHCP, NLB, Failover clustering, ISA server, System Center Operation Manager & Configuration Manager, BlackBerry , Certificate Servers and Windows Servers) in operation environment.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of relevant experience
* At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services engineer or consultant
•Leading Office Automation Operation team managing and monitoring Microsoft and related infrastructure services
•Keep infrastructure services up and running with latest patches and updates.
•Reporting to IT management for service health and major achievements.
•Working closely with Microsoft TAM to ensure best Microsoft practices are followed and applied into the services.
•Providing 24/7 support for the running services and Ensuring prompt resolution of technical incidents.
•Provide 3rd level support for Office Automation Team.
•Analyze support incidents and work with other support teams
•Providing training, orientation sessions for team members with regards to new products and services
•Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
•B.E / Technical Diploma or equivalent technical training
•Industry recognized technical / functional certifications strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
•Build and maintain confidence of colleagues, partner and customer.
•Independently conduct small to medium engagements with customer.
•Work with client and partner to identify service improvement area and implementation of same.
•Build, Maintain and Enhance Knowledge Management data base.
•Evaluate current operation process and suggest best practices.
•Skill assessment of resources and drive productivity improvement initiatives.
•Over See day to day operation and ensure SLA / KPI are met
•Analyze the environment and formulate with cost optimization programs.
