1. More than 7 years experience of network planning or network optimization;
2. Provide technical creativity in solving problems;
3. Excellent knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis;
4. Sounds management skills;
5. Senior knowledge of network planning, optimization and performance management;
6. Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control;
7. Senior knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes;
