Description of duties:
• The position is responsible for strategy of professional service products in telecommunication area, especially focus on carrier software service in BSS, VAS and IT domains.
• The professional services include System Integration service, Managed service, Customer Support Service, Field Operation Service, Migration and learning service, etc.
• Develop and refresh 3-5 years Telecom Software Service Strategy Plan (SP), to support company to archive goals.
• Responsible for service strategy specific topic research to resolve key problems met in telecom software service area.
• Investigate and analyze the trends of professional service, operators’ telecom software service requirements, then provide professional suggestion and plan of how to improve our service to management level.
Requirement for candidates:
1) Experience: 15+ years in the communication industry;
2) Qualifications:
A. Have extensive experience of sales/delivery/develop/manage professional services preferably in telecommunication and IT industry.
B. Have working experience in telecommunication vendors/operators/integration providers/consultants
C. Extensive in-depth insight to the business trend in ICT transformation/Data center consolidation/IT Governance is preferred
D. Familiar with the organization and work process of O&M department of Operators
E. Experience in global top IT companies such as IBM, Amdocs, Accenture, Ericsson & HP is preferable
F. Good communication and coordination with good problem solving skills
G. Strong leadership skill is preferred
3) Long-term tracking and analysis of competing service solutions and service strategy;
4) Education background: Undergraduate degree and above in communication, electrical engineering, computer or equivalent;
