The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Manage a team responsible for the health of the 3G/LTE mobile network and ensure all radio related KPIs are constantly met.
To troubleshoot complex RF cases in the 3G UTRAN/LTE eRAN, perform root cause analysis.
Monitor 3G/LTE radio network resources, and work with business counterpart and project team to forecast, plan and justify for timely expansion.
Testing/trialing new radio features and parameters to improve the network quality. Evaluation and justification of features for live implementation.
Prime lead to front Ericsson to raise an? resolve trouble report.
Evaluating and trialing new access technologies like HetNet/Smallcells, LTE/LTE-A etc
Trial & evaluate new technical test tool and solution such as SON, Geolocation.
To support the SingTel group in terms of knowledge sharing, technology roadmap planning, process alignment and centralized tender and procurement.
