• Required skills & ability:
• Sound knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE Technology with clarity of protocol / interface level concepts
• Can understand customer’s requirements clearly and able to design a scalable and quality end to end network
• Hands-on more than 3 years experience of Huawei wireless projects delivery
• Good at the integration with Huawei wireless product (BSC/RNC, BTS, NodeB, eNodeB)
• Has ability of BSC/RNC HLD/LLD design, script preparation
• Must have analytical skills required for quick troubleshooting
• with the very positive attitude, eager to take the initiative, learns more and delivers fast.
• wireless network design experience(especially RNC design).
