GENERAL SUMMARY:
Works within Huawei Enterprise USA Business Group as the Deputy Director of Enterprise Services. Directs and oversees all aspects of Enterprise partner and customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops and establishes procedures and policies governing partner and customer correspondence and the handling of partner and customer complaints. Requires at least 10 years of experience in the enterprise service field.?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Duties
Develop and implement Customer Service Plan, incorporating best practices and deliverables for the customer. Routinely review the business levels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions to best expedite these situations. Facilitates alignment and collaboration with other groups working on Enterprise?service offerings? Executes towards the vision for Enterprise services, driving products and architectural designs to meet the goals of Huawei Enterprise service needs? Define and build services channel programs and policies? Accountable for establishing and maintaining the channel service partner ecosystem by building a strong partner program Responsible for delivering the new and needed business processes and operational processes to be successful Committed to maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction Minimum Job Requirements?
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Services, including trends, current status, etc Demonstrated knowledge of Management and deployment in the Enterprise environmen?? Prior management skills or applied experience in leading teams (local or remote) Demonstrated knowledge of specific service (eg: Security service, Load Balancing, etc) Demonstrated business communication skills (Presentations / Document Writing / Etc?? Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented work environment ? JOB QUALIFICATIONS? (Refers to the job, not the incumbent)
Education and/or Certifications/Licensures:
Minimum? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent college degre? Preferred? CCNA/CCNP certification. CCIE preferred. Relevant Work Experience:
People Management: Yes. Years of Experience: 10+ years. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual with a track record of Channels-related success and has worked in the Enterprise segment Demonstrated background in services Channel Management and Channel service Business development, experience in building channel ecosystem. A strong understanding of, and experience in, service offer management is required. Has working understanding of service support and the needs of services partners. Has proven experience in the development of channel service partner capabilities and in providing consultative business guidance to the services partners. Has hands on experience in service pricing and building compensation models Is clearly able to articulate partner types and partner business models, and has worked with small and large partners within the Enterprise segment Preferred but not required service sales, channel sales, and services marketing experience. Excellent interpersonal communications skills are required and the individual must possess good written and verbal skills? Individual has worked in a virtual team environment and has ability to influence teams without authority Skills (Technical or General):
Minimum??
Knowledge of Data Communication theory, IT environment, and Knowledge of IP networks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability?
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment?
Self-starter, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems with minimum supervision?
Able to travel approximately 40% of the time?
