You'll be joining the Risk & Security team in the fastest growing UK mobile operator; a team with a clear vision to deliver a safe experience of our brand for our customers, our people and our shareholder. You will be reporting into the Compliance Manager and will be responsible for working with stakeholders throughout the organisation in evaluating and driving compliance against legal and regulatory obligations through a combination of risk assessment, operational audit reviews, project assurance and other ad hoc project reviews.
This role is key in driving required changes across our organisation, including Manager Service Partners and 3rd Parties, to ensure that we continually meet all legal and regulatory obligations.
We want someone with practical audit or compliance experience, easy to do business with, an approachable and trustworthy individual, capable of creating relationships and rapport at all levels, with a keen eye for detail to ensure that risks and resilient solutions are identified, managed and proven fit for purpose, in an appropriate way for Three.This role will include working to an agreed compliance plan and managing all agreed recommendations throughout our multi-channel business.
The role will involve working closely with a number of internal stakeholders covering all areas of the business to assist them in the identification of compliance gaps and required changes. It may also involve interaction with our Managed Service Partners and external vendors, conducting assurance reviews to confirm they are adhering to our control standards and policies. - Be a team player
- Working to the agreed compliance plan
- Managing the planning, performance and report delivery of agreed assignments right across our business
- Ensuring delivery of the end to end audit/compliance process to professional standards
- Building and maintaining close cross functional working relationships with stakeholders and senior management teams
- Assisting in the development of initiatives and programmes to drive agreed recommendations to enhance and maintain required compliance levels
- Assessing and testing compliance against legal and regulatory requirements
- Working with existing multi-channel teams to enhance existing audit and compliance activities
This role requires travel across the UK and abroad.Must have:
Proven and demonstrable audit and compliance experience in a multi-channel environment Adaptability to differing working practices whilst delivering expected assurances and deliverables. Self-motivated, flexible and be able to work independently Applies common sense to working practices and recommendations Effective communication and listening skillsLegal & Regulatory audit, compliance experience within Telecommunications or Financial ServicesNice to Have:
Professional Audit and/or Compliance certificationsKnowledge of consumer and data protection regulatory practice.An understanding of regulatory practice and a working knowledge of information security compliance
