The position: Telecommunications CTO with Business Development experience.
Location: Mali
Indian/Algerian/Moroccan will be ideal so far he speaks french and english.
**Languages: French & English is a MUST.
Skills: MUST have business development skills and technically vast (GSM/UMTS/LTE BSS, RF, Tx,Fibre CN etc). He will also oversee all projects.
Accommodation and Local logistics shall be provided in Mali.
Start: October.
