• Solid GSM Theory background
• Proactive and Outstanding to solve Key cases in RF
Requirements:
• Deep knowledge in analysis on parameter level, High Level Network KPI and Parameter Optimization analysis Knowledge
• Experience is preferred which GSM swap from NSN from Huawei
• Coverage and Parameter Planing for 2G or 3G Networks，2G or 3G Coverage Planing Tools Use Experience (UNET/ PLANET or similar)
• Drive test Post processing Tools Experience ( Assistant / TEMS /Nemo or similar)
• Familiar with OSS systems like M2000, Spots, or similar. to get network statistics
• Key Actions for Optimization and troubleshooting handling
• Fluent Oral Spanish and English communication in work
• Team work abilities
• Refer to SOW for other detail requirements
