A leading global information and communication technology solutions provider is currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Telecom Service Experts (ACP) to guide and direct key technological trends of automatic RF planning and optimization as well as high performance RF parameters planning and optimization algorithm designing to improve UL/DL coverage and capacity.
Requirements:
- Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications or significant relevant industry experience.
- 15+ industry years’ experience, with at least 8+ years of R&D working experience in wireless network planning and optimization, network planning and optimization tools designing.
- In-deep knowledge of the algorithm design of network planning, simulation, propagation model, coverage predication, etc.
- Experience of software developing with one of the following languages: c/c++, Matlab, Java, C#, etc.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Worldwide short-term travels are required
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
