Location: Pakistan 

- Excellent understanding of Transport network planning including MW, SDH, MSTP, DWDM, IP, GPON and fiber deployment.
- 6 - 8 Years of relevant experience, specialization in the area of Transmission Backbone & Access ( SDH, DWDM, PTN, metro, IP Core , Access & Metro Transport , Optical Fiber, Microwave )
- Implementation related to access Transmission planning.
Prepare the Network Design & Procedure, Documents for all the Transmission network entities.
- Manage performance evaluation of the team members and counselling for improvement.
- Coordinate and resolve any TXN related bottlenecks
Plan, implement and monitor fiber roll out project
- Coordination with stakeholders (IP Core, Access & Metro Transport, Operations)

-Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Proactive management techniques

Negotiations & analytical skills
Team management
Education/Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer systems
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
