•Excellent Troubleshooting 2G/3G Access site problem from Transmission End point
•Narrow down the Transmission problem and create WO to Field Maintenance
•Narrow down the Transmission problem and escalated to (2nd Line Operations) Back office for advanced Troubleshooting.
•Point of escalation for the Front Office 2G/3G Transmission.
•Good Knowledge about the standard Transmission Performance KPIs
•Ensure E2E Access site restoration by health checking Transmission main KPI
•Excellent Knowledge about Ericsson Traffic Node (TN R4/5) site
•Excellent Knowledge about Tellabs (DXX8600 Family)
•Working hours:12 hours shifts will apply 24/7
•Excellent knowledge of SOEM monitoring tool.
•Good communication skills.
•Customer Relationship Management skills
•Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
•At least 4 years’ experience in same field or Similar
