Technical Skills Required:
- Solid GSM Theory background
- Proactive and Outstanding to solve Key cases in RF
- Deep knowledge in analysis on parameter level, High Level Network KPI and Parameter Optimization analysis Knowledge
- Experience is preferred which GSM swap from NSN from Huawei
- Coverage and Parameter Planing for 2G or 3G Networks，2G or 3G Coverage Planing Tools Use Experience (UNET/ PLANET or similar)
- Drive test Post processing Tools Experience ( Assistant / TEMS /Nemo or similar)
- Familiar with OSS systems like M2000, Spots, or similar. to get network statistics
- Key Actions for Optimization and troubleshooting handling
- Fluent Oral Spanish and English communication in work
- Team work abilities
