Location: South-eastern Asia
Duties:
Verification of outdoor cabinet and power system technical specifications, BOQ and other needed information for implementation on variety of Cell site types (i.e. Good Grid, Poor Grid, Off-Grid).
Coordinate Cell site power systems and outdoor cabinet implementation with 3rd party suppliers, RAN, TXN vendors and/or other internal and external stakeholders.
Developing necessary documentation including test procedures, acceptance procedure, component analysis summaries, circuit schematics, and technical engineering notes.
Propose and implement the electrical and mechanical solutions needed for different type of cell sites.
Establishment and tracking of the project budget and approvals follow up.
Ensure the availability of the systems as per the adopted technical solution.
Implementing the needed guidelines for operation and maintenance phases.
Evaluation of site performance and uptime via remote management solution and site visits and submit summary reports to management.
Coordinating with other Operators/Vendors for Power Sharing and/or Rental Models.
Support role for Data Centre Power, HVAC, FF, DCIM etc. on need basis.
Experience Required:
AC Power System: LV Transformer, Distribution, ACDB, Grounding, SPD.
DC Power System: Rectifiers, Inverters, DC distribution, SPD etc.
Diesel Generators, ATS, AMF, Fuel system.
Alternate Energy Source Solution: Solar Panel technologies, Chargers, distribution system and other technologies.
Strong knowledge of Lead Acid and alternate battery technology (such as Sodium, Lithium, Zinc-Air).
Various methods of AC and DC cooling solutions for Cabinets and Telecom Shelters.
Remote Telecom Site Monitoring Solutions.
Experience of Data Centre Power, Generator, Cooling, Cabling, Fire fighting and Monitoring solutions.
Experience in Site Power Sharing and/or Power Rental Models.
Power acceptance testing for RAN and Data Centres.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years relevant experience with an accredited BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or HVAC engineering fields.
