Its a long term contract job (to start with 6 months with a possible extension of further 6 months)
· In-depth knowledge of EMS/NMS Architecture , and its functioning both at OS as well as application level
· Complete understanding of the SNMP Traps, Database and connectivity details of NBI interface
· Regular health check-up and maintenance of EMS application and its server
· Use Management, creation, deletion, Audit and details of activities performed by various privileges
· Backup and Restore activities of OS as well as Application
· Should be able to create Unix scripts and develop crone jobs to improve efficiency and automate the regular activities
· Excellent communication skills and should be able to coordinate with different teams and experts located outside India.
· Experience in Patch up gradation, New releases and its features
· Good understanding of IP MPLS, TCP/IP, Interior and Exterior protocols
· Basic knowledge of OSS and Integration of Alarms, Performance and configuration
