Charging Systems BO Engineer (O&M and BC)



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:



- 3-5 years of Charging Systems Operation & Maintenance experience.

- Unix Systems Administration and Database Administration experience.

- Application development and scripting experience.

- Having experience on protocols such as CIP-IP, SIGTRAN, DIAMETR, MAP USSD, ISUP, UCIP, ACIP, CCAPI.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



- End-to-End System Administration, Operation and Maintenance of all Charging System nodes (CCN , SDP, AIR, ECMS, NG-CRS, HP-IVR).

- Trouble shooting, Fault Investigation, Root Cause Analysis of all Charging System nodes.

- Statistical Performance Reporting and Analysis of all Charging System nodes.

- Delivery Performance & Quality Management based on the contractual SLA. Monitor Delivery Performance.

- Ensure contractual KPI fulfillment and Performance Reporting to the customer organization.

- Perform hierarchical escalation of critical/major incidents and act as the primary interface towards the customer.

- Routine Preventive Maintenance, Health Check, Back Up, Fault Trend Analysis etc. of all Charging System issues, faults etc..

- Integration of new features and services in Charging System nodes.

- Coordinate and interface with Ericsson, Customer and 3PP Support and Project organizations for escalated issues and ongoing Projects.

- Improve operational efficiency by developing scripts and tools where applicable.

- Interface customer organizations regarding operational issues, queries, clarification requests, escalations. Assist customer with technical solution, advise, guidance and recommendations.

- Ensure system uptime and service availability of all Charging System nodes according to contractual SLA.
