Customer facing solution focused engineer/architect
Must have extensive experience in Utilities e.g. electricity, energy etc.
Must have knowledge of "smart grid", as you will be the smart grid expert working with the customer
Must have good experience with customer handling, customer solutions,
Solution implementation and deployment experience
Troubleshooting any issues for the customer
