MUST HAVE NOKIA EXPERIENCE
Key Tasks * Core Expert (Level 4 or above ) provides technical expertise for core nodes (MSS/MGW/CDS) to support all Network Operations functions and is main interface with Care/Support functions on technical matters regarding Network Operations for all technologies in scope:
• Carries out Technical tasks whenever required
• Ensures highest level of technical support skills in resolving critical faults for IPA/Open MGW, DX/Open MSS,
• Ensures collaboration of technical teams to resolve complex matters
• Ensures availability of his team on 24x7 (Call-out)
• Ensures complex technical matters are resolved on time
• Ensures support to plan/execute complex network HW/SW upgrades
• Ensures technical expertise for investigations into major outages
• Ensures technical reports as required by management
• Ensures technical competence development of Core Team
• Ensures interfaces with Vendors on escalated technical matters
• Ensures routine maintenance checks are documented, scheduled and undertaken
• Single point of contact for all technical issue towards customer as well as internally
• Insure MS governance model is well respected among his
