2G/3G/4G mobile access knowledge

Packet Abis & AOIP Implementation & Troubleshooting knowledge and experience

Experience with mcBSC /Flexi BSC/BSC3i/RNC/McBSC/McRNC/MME

TCSM 3i C&I knowledge

BTS (Ultra/Flexi/SRAN) knowledge and experience

Knowledge and experience on:

*HW/SW installation and commissioning

* Act as customer’s local interface.

*Assist in first level technical support for technical queries.

*Troubleshoot requests in a given competence group

* Does on site trouble shooting

* Uses most common troubleshooting tools for investigation

* Network expansion activities.

* Technical/customer acceptance testing

* Implement parameters in the network elements’ subsystems (understands KPI and the impact on the performance of the system).

* Troubleshooting NSN L-RAN equipments i.e. eNode-B, ioms and their interfaces & investigation to solve the problem according to SLA.

• Handling and Troubleshooting the interfaces of eNode-B towards Core Network (S1) and between eNode-B’s ( X2 ).

• Take support and Escalate issues to R&D Product line for unsolved issues, and implement the patches in the network provided by Product support team.

• TC11 product support for upgrade including eNodeB, iOMS, RACS-AN etc.

• Trouble tickets handling in CSC level TC-10/11 cluster involving fault reproduction, collecting additional symptoms and verify the solution and delivered the customer.

• Tracking HW issues and defining proper correction action about implementation process to minimize the network KPI issues.

• Symptom saving, detailed traces & log file analysis of System.

• Project rollout and equipment planning and handling the customer meeting along with management to complete rollout as per guideline.

• Preventive maintenance of network whereas involve to check day to day operation, health check of network, fault & alarm monitoring and further investigation.

• Local CIT/customer support: Care/ NI /field activities customer acceptance tests, trials, pilot projects as per international environment.



* Feedback and co-ordination with other service business lines (like Network Planning, System Integration)

* Participate multivendor and 3rd party activities (installation, integration, interface troubleshooting)
