- Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications or computer related fields
- At least 8 years working experience in network planning and optimization, Proficient in GSM, CDMA, UMTS or LTE network optimization and principle of telecommunication, Familiar with RNP/RNO project delivery process
- With delivery experience in Medium-sized projects or project development experience;
- Good communication and presentation, have a good consciousness of service
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
