We are looking for an end to end data network optimization Engineer on 3G/HSPA network where this service should cover the following:
- Network optimization (parameter tuning, physical changes, features…) to improve network performance to the optimum level and according to commercial need for hotspot location.
- Improve main KPI
- Knowledge transfer for technical team, consultant(s) should be able to give kind of on-Job training for operation team as the target is to improve team knowledge and experience and be able to continue optimization process.
-Capacity expansion planning for 3G/HSPA on core and radio level.
-LTE would be advantageous
-Strong communication skills
