A global OSS provider is expanding rapidly in the North Africa region and is looking for a team leader to manage the support process for their local clients.

This is an excellent opportunity either for someone with experience of managing customer support teams, or someone with 8 years+ experience in telecoms support looking for career advancement.

Applicants must come from a technical background with a solid knowledge of telecoms protocols (SS7, UMTS, GSM etc), systems knowledge (Unix, Oracle) and networks (RAN, Core etc).
