• Very good experience in Huawei, Ericsson 3G radio environment.( 80% Huawei expertise; 20% Ericsson)
• 5-10 years of work experience in relevant field experience in 2G-2.5G-3G Network performances & Optimization
• Competent in GSM / UMTS / HSPA technology, have on experience on Huawei (GBSS13, BSC6900 and M2000), Ericsson (W13, Ericsson Explorer, BO, OSS).
• Effectively use performance and optimization tools on using TEMS Investigation, and post processing tool Actix. Tems Discovery.
