Key Responsibilities;
1. Experience in Service assurance in renowned operator’s network, preferably in Cloud or Application management - Mandatory
2. Should have Managed Services offered through Mobile and FIxed Broad Band Network - Mandatory
3. Should have handled Customer behaviour and usage analysis of Services offered through Telecom Networks- Mandatory
4. Planning experience in Cloud Service operator's network - Preferred
5. Service Management experience of Applications on Android / IOS/ Windows based OS
Knowledge & Skills;
1. Knowledge of Cloud Services and Mobile Applications - Mandatory
2. Knowledge of Cloud technologies based on virtualization and SAN - Mandatory
3. Knowledge of 3GPP standard based Telecom network and various protocols - Preferred
4. Knowledge of customer behaviour wrt Cloud and Application Services and prediction based on usages - Preferred
5. Knowledge of Customer experience Analysis for Cloud and Application Services, identifying root cause of any Service/ Experience impacting issues and resolving same - Preferred
6. People and Team Management Skills - Mandatory
7. Experience of using CEM tool - Preferred
8. Excellent oral and written communication skill - Mandatory
9. Exposure to ETOM - Preferred
