4G Ericsson Radio Planning and Optimization Expertise
• Radio propagation planning, optimization of coverage footprint and services
• Perform cluster level RF Planning report, Templates for site level LLD,
•Perform radio network planning (4G) including resource planning
• Preform SC Planning, neighbor planning, default parameters and CDDs (i.e., Cell Design Datasheets).
•Supervise the resolution of coverage gaps issues in a timely manner
.Development of Network Planning, Strategies and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets
•Implement and suggest improvements to the Network Planning policies and procedures
•4G Propagation Model Tuning Service(ATOLL)
•Plan, organize and prioritise workloads in order to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
•Supervise and coach team members to ensure optimal performance is achieved and provide improvement recommendations as required
