• Directly responsible for the general management of the entire Network Design & Optimization teams, which includes radio planning, transmission planning fixed / core network planning and Optimization.
• Responsible for meeting network planning and optimization acceptance targets in the defined timeframe and maintaining budgetary goals.
• Interface Customer Network Planning Head and manage requests and expectations including claim management.
• Establish the organization and define all responsibilities & scopes of work for project team.
• Ensure implementation of cost reducing measures.
• Manage the NPO process according the defined time schedule.
• Identify and evaluate Risks (in relation to the requested KPIs and timeframe) delivery Phase.
• Supervise milestone status reporting towards internal management and customer.
• Provide periodic project resource forecast to NPO Resource Manager.
• Provide periodic project reports to NPO Project Management Office.
• Proactively engaged with customer for new potentials in the network implementation.
• Identify new business opportunities and forward these inputs to Customer Team's and Service Lines.
• 15 years above experience on network optimization, familiar with Huawei equipment and network,
• Priority for who successful practiced on Huawei planning tools and features in the pass
