• Excellent Troubleshooting 2G/3G Access site problem from Transmission End point
• Narrow down the Transmission problem and create WO to Field Maintenance
• Narrow down the Transmission problem and escalated to (2nd Line Operations) Back office for advanced Troubleshooting.
• Point of escalation for the Front Office 2G/3G Transmission.
• Good Knowledge about the standard Transmission Performance KPIs
• Ensure E2E Access site restoration by health checking Transmission main KPI
• Excellent Knowledge about Ericsson Traffic Node (TN R4/5) site
• Excellent Knowledge about Tellabs (DXX8600 Family)
• Working hours:12 hours shifts will apply 24/7
• Excellent knowledge of SOEM monitoring tool.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
• At least 4 years’ experience in same field or Similar
