- Work closely with the Incident Manager to resolve recurring/ongoing Network Issues which affect the stability of the Network
- To assist greatly in achieving ISO 9001 the network operations center.
- Define the program of what processes, functional entities data points are in scope for Problem Management
- Produce a project plan for Problem Management
- Managing the Problem Management team
- To ensure knowledge transfer is part of day to day activities in between the vendor, the operator and Problem Management teams
- Share experience on the best practice from other Telecom Operators

- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Operations, Network Implementation or Project Management of telecommunication projects, minimum of 5+ years Problem Management experience
- 10+ years as a consultant/manager
