VRC are currently looking for a Solution Consultant for our customers project in South East Asia, to take on the challenge to advanced solution.
You will work in an innovative team to perform overall solution design and plan.
This person will be responsible for the GAP analysis between solution generation and industry-leading practice. The position will also include responsibility for the recommendations for process improvements, as well as high-level design and detailed design on solution transformation projects. The work will be done in very close cooperation with team members.
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 15 years experiences in the industry.
Also required is expertise of management and operating. Experience from process is desired but not essential.
A Bachelor Degree, Masters in telecom or equivalent background is required.
Skills requirements
• The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions.
• Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As they are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently.
• Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Strong work experience in EP (Engagement Practice), and in CSR (Customer Solution responsible) role of projects in a Telecommunication Industry Company.
EP experience includes:
o Industry and customer issue expert organization driving top line through end-to-end engagements
o Creates customer value through leadership, skills and capabilities
o Capable of supporting sales across company portfolio, products and solutions
o Drives and supports sales efforts sponsored by KAM
o Sets up projects responsible for contract fulfillment
o Drives customer-centric transformation in company, such as Reference Solution.
CSR experience includes:
o Secure information flow to and within Customer Solution
o Secure overall solution with single CSR
o Clarifying customers’ existing network & their needs
o Driving solution discussion with multi product owners
o Developing the value argumentation on total solution/system
o Driving scope definition and optimizing the service with SDO
This is a 6 or 12 month renewable contract position with an all inclusive pay rate. Contractor is responsible for accommodation, flights,local travel and business visa
