One of our client looking for the below mentioned position.
Position: Project Manager
Total experience: 8+ yrs
Qualification & Experience required:
Essential Skills & Experience:
8 +years of overall experience in Telecom BSS/OSS software solutions especially fulfillment and assurance domain.
Minimum 2 years in project management
Minimum 1 yr of experience in a customer facing role
Strong Telecom domain knowledge in OSS/BSS space
Should be well versed with MS Project
Familiar with software development life cycle
Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end delivery of projects in the APAC region
Act as primary interface for customers during project delivery
Work with delivery team and other required functions in order to meet the specified success criteria
Weekly status reporting to project stakeholders
Responsible for project planning
Responsible for project profitability
Responsible for timely revenue recognition and invoicing
Competencies:
Strong project management skills and leadership qualities
Ability to motivate the project team to meet the project goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze issues logically to find out the right solutions
Ability to manage customer expectations effectively
Systematic and very well organized
Should be meticulous and detail oriented
Should be a self starter
Other factors:
Should be willing to travel extensively. Should not have any ailments preventing travel
Should possess a valid passport
Should be willing to work out of Bangalore
Willing to take up short term onsite deputation during critical phases of the project
Should demonstrate corporate business etiquettes
Desired Skills & Experience: PMP preferred
