You should have pedagogic the presentation (ppt) from E///.
• Strong background on E/// RNC
• Very Good understanding of 3G RAN Radio signalling.
• Very Good understanding of 3G RAN system and RF KPIs.
• Knowledge of Iu/IP (IuCS, IuB, IuPS and IuR over IP)
• Configuration and troubleshooting.
• CPP hardware configuration data transcript.
