OSS Solution Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:
The candidate should be willing to work with challenges together with Huawei in the field of OSS solution sales.

1.Responsible for achieving OSS solution Sales Target as well as Customer Satisfaction Target of the Region/Representative Office/Key Account;
2.Customer Relationship Development based on understanding of customer's requirements;
3.Propose and promote OSS solutions to fit customer's needs;
4.Organize and participate in OSS solution Bidding; Provide competitive/deliverable/profitable OSS solution and quotation to support OSS product and service sale;
5.Use various methods, such as solution for major problems, as well as OSS service report, etc, to improve customer perception, manage their expectation, and raise the level of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, working experience in MARKETING, electronics, communication, computer science or other related industries. Minimum 4 years working experience for Bachelor degree, while 2 years for Master degree.
2. In the OSS field, engaged in planning, design, integration, using, sale of OSS system and related experience minimum 3 years.
3. Be able to understand customers and analyze their needs. Strong inter-person skills with good team-work spirit.
4. Have experience in bidding process, while project management experience is a plus.
5. Can work long-term overseas as well as take frequent business trips.
6. Good communication and coordinating skills. Be sensitive to problems with strong problem-pushing capability.
