- Professional Qualificaion & experience：Bachelor degree more than 4 years or master degree more than 2 years work experience of communication,electon and computer .
- Produc Skill：Wireless network(2G&3G) optimization skills
- Professional Skill：(L0,accoding to salary)：Familiar with Alcatel-Lucent radio network optimization,parameter optimization,drive test,network planning,good communication skills with customer,and understanding ablility of network optimization.
- Language：French and English as work language

- Produc Skill：Familiar with Alcatel-Lucent wireless 2G&3G BSS product, be able to do network integration, commissioning and maintenance, and give training to local staff.
- Professional Skill：(L0,accoding to salary)：Familiar with wireless basic theory, deep knowledge on call signaling flow, and has ability to analysis network issues speedily.
- Language：French and English as work language.
