1, More than 5 years experience of network planning or network optimization;
2, Provide technical creativity in solving problems;
3, Excellent knowledge of BSS parameters and traffic analysis;
4, Sounds management skills;
5, Senior knowledge of network planning, optimization and performance management;

7, Senior knowledge of DT analysis and recommend parameters changes;
