Requirements:
1) Have at least 5 years of UMTS RF working experience
2) Have at least 5 years of traffic statistics analysis experience of Radio network;
3) More than 8 years experience in 2G&3G;
4) Be familiar with RF parameter meaning and setting (Contractor can provide training);
5) Be excellent in communication in English.
6) Participate in internal and customer high level meetings and discussions when necessary, and take charge of issues regarding RF while also manage customer expectation and handle possible conflicts and escalations.
7) To optimize& improve the network performance, technical expertise support to other RF engineers in the project.
8) Know familiar with Huawei RNO tools(Nastar, Omstar,Probe etc.)
9) Familiar with Huawei R15;
10) Lead customer to get the acceptance from customer.
Package: Depending on experience and Huawei’s interview result, pay 5k-6.5k (negotiable for exceptional candidates) all inclusive per month.
Consultant to cover flights, transportation, taxes, visas and management fees;
Huawei to provide local accommodation;
Visa:
Business to enter and swap to WP if contract extended beyond 6 months;
4% fixed management deduction per month, including taxes, insurance and management fees.
