1.Personal Informaion(Age,Gender,nationality)：Below 40 years，Male；
2.Professional Qualificaion & experience：Bachelor degree more than 4 years or master degree more than 2 years work experience of communication,electon and computer .
3.Produc Skill：Familiar with Alcatel-Lucent wireless 2G&3G BSS product, be able to do network integration, commissioning and maintenance, and give training to local staff.
4.Professional Skill：(L0,accoding to salary)：Familiar with wireless basic theory, deep knowledge on call signaling flow, and has ability to analysis network issues speedily.
5.Language：French and English as work language.Know French language is in priority.
6.Leadership Qualiies：Have good communication and team-cooperation skills
