Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Perform Second Line Maintenance support for all Core Network NEs and associated elements
2) Case owner once they get it from CS TL/Manager or Shift Duty Engineer.
3) Coordinate directly with other dept. till the issue is solved.
4) Resolve the problems within SLA base on the contract between MTNI and OEM vendors.
5) Carry out hardware and software expansion/faults for the existing operational network.
6) Escalate the trouble ticket to third Line when they cannot solve it, and monitor it until solved.
7) Daily health check performance and analysis, report immediately in case of any ambiguity
8) To be involved in planned activities, like BSC Migrations, Rehomings, Site shifting/integration, new node integration in the network
9) New software release update and implementation when they become available
10) To monitor the system Clear Codes daily and perform activity to minimize the occurrence
11) Attend meeting with the customer and is responsible to ensure the quality service
12) Responsible to manage and train other BO engineers
13) To create & modify routing & digit translation on different nodes when requested
14) To get involved in software & hardware upgrade if requested
15) Ensure the trouble ticket resolution with in required SLA
16) Communicate and open Ticket with 3rd line support and involve in the troubleshooting until the issue is completely resolved
17) Provide technical support to FLM engineers in case of hardware / software issues at site
12 months extendable contract.
