Manage network performance and KPI issues
Operations and configuration support for IMS core network
Review and implement changes on the IMS core network
Good written and spoken English Skills + communication skills.
Ability to draft comprehensive, detailed professional reports.
Able to convey thoughts and ideas efficiently to people with Analog Switch background.
Able to work under constant pressure.
Able to advise the customer on proposed implementation plans, strategies or requirements.
