CTO/IT Director (expereince in Data center)
Responsibilities
• In partnership with the CEO, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the data center business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.
• Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the data center business both frontend and backend.
• Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all website and backend system improvements.
• Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and implement technologies that support company organizational needs.
• Build, lead, coach and develop a collaborative and effective data center facility and IT team
Requirements
• 15 years or above working experience with five or more years of successfully managing a large-scale data center facility(at least 200 racks) with complex IT operations infrastructure
• University degree in computer science, telecommunication engineering, mechatronics engineering or related majors. An advanced degree in one these fields is a plus
• Experience in architecting, building and maintaining (commercial or open source) software platforms and large-scale data center infrastructures
• Skill with Data center facilities, IT infrastructures, applications design and implementation
• TOGAF experience preferred
• Self-motivated, with a passion for world-class accomplishments
• Team player with good communication skills in English
