2. At least 6 years successful project experience with a senior RF role or Team leader, and with more than 3 projects which more than 1000 site;
3. Strong knowledge of RF principles which LTE, and also familiar with others
4. Good at Huawei RF analysis tools
5. Strong knowledge of DT and others optimization software, and familiar With Signal analyze;
6. Excellent in communication skill and be able to convince the customer;
7. Excellent in project management or technical skill;
8. Excellent in project to trouble shoot network issue and customer complaint
