Job Responsibility
Responsible for working in Data Center Projects, Management capacity to delivery MEP facility and Civil work services. Will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout including: planning, design, installation, commissioning, testing and acceptance. Provide overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Create project plans, establish roles and responsibilities within the core project team and oversee the execution of the plan. Manage budget for assigned project(s), and adjust resources and priorities accordingly. Establish project communication plans. Regularly communicate status of project to all impacted stakeholders.
Qualification and Certificate required:
1) Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
2) Profound experience in project management disciplines and practices
3) Proficient in Project Life Cycle Management and Implementation
4) Knowledge and experience using MS Project/ Primavera 6.
5) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( Both Arabic and English)
Experience Required:
1) Extensive experience in delivering Tier3/ Tier4 Data Center projects, container data center project experience preferred.
2) Extensive experience in project implementation details of CW and MEP.
3) Minimum10 years of project management work experience.
4) Dubai Airport Project management experience preferred.
5) Experience working within the Middle-East is essential. Candidates is in UAE is preferred.
Job Description:
Deliver project according to contract and local standard.
Manage project team activities to deliver agreed scope, targets and budget.
Communicate and coordinate day-to-day project activities within the project team and assure that priorities are developed and known.
Establish formal and informal project governance mechanisms.
Identify constructive interventions where necessary to keep projects on track and facilitate or make those interventions appropriately and effectively.
Assure that project milestones / targets are clearly communicated understood within and outside the project such that the appropriate parties can marshal resources and activities to align with project delivery.
Record and report project progress as agreed with management and stakeholders.
Forecast outcomes and translate them into likely financial forecasts.
Assure that the right parties are linked into the project at appropriate points in the project life cycle to affect smooth and successful project handovers.
Ability to Multi Task and be able to travel, work on site, accept the assignments in UAE;
