As Small Cells Implementation Management, you will:

• Achieve and maintain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, lead customer toward their overall heterogeneous network strategic goals with innovative indoor Small Cell service offerings while securing Ericsson’s interests during the sales, project implementation and delivery phases.
• The engagement with customers during the presales process across the RASO region to influence the growth in the small cells service offerings that are sold.
• Supporting EP and CDRAN presales teams across the region in the creation of a successful small cell solution proposal.
• Providing strategic direction on the RASO small cells services portfolio, processes and tool, identify strengths and weaknesses creating improvement plans where required.

As our ideal Small Cells Implementation Management candidate, you must have:

• Strong knowledge and experienceof GSM, WCDMA, LTE and WiFi technologies including interfaces, protocols and procedures
• Detailed knowledge of RF propogation and models in small cells environment
• Detailed knowledge of link budgets for small cell solutions
• Detailed knowledge of co-existance strategies, indoor <>outdoor
• Detailed knowledge of Small Cells Solutions includingRF planning/design, integration, and optimization
• Deep knowledge of current IBS Indoor Small cells such DAS DOT, mRRU
• Strong Industry knowledge including competitor’s IB/Small Cells Solutions
• Strong knowledge of Transport and Transmission technologies
• Strong knowledge of iBWave (At least at L2 iBwave certified)
• Ability to analyse the performance of solutions using TEMS, Nemo etc
• Good understanding of HetNet solutions
• Good understanding of IP Secutirty requirements
• Strong Knowledge in RF propagation including various prediction models, fading clutter, body loss etc
• Various network protocols including GSM, WCDMA & LTE
• Link budget and capacity planning analysis - specifically in relation to In-Building System Desig
• Design tools such as TEMS, NEMO, IB-wave etc
• Site Solution (eg power, air conditioning, transmission, BTS/NodeB configurations etc)
