Job Summary The Focal Engineer role supplements the troubleshooting support provided from Customer Network Support team by connecting the customer with an Ericsson senior level network expert in case of business critical problems.
The Focal Engineer is dedicated to one customer & will be the Senior Expert on that customers’ network.
